Graeme joined Pti in 2005 and has over 21 years of business experience. Graeme works with a diverse portfolio of businesses from FTSE 100’s to growing SME businesses – helping those organisations, their Directors, Managers and team achieve accelerated and sustainable growth.
In 2005 Graeme was voted as one of the top 6 Sales Trainers in the country winning a ‘Highly Commended’ award in the ‘Sales Trainer of the Year’ category at the UK ‘National Sales Awards’ for his work in delivery, design and project management.
During his career Graeme has spoken in front of and personally trained over 17,000 delegates and has interacted with over 10,000 customers many of which formed part of his own relationship managed customer portfolio.
This includes helping a Local Business Division of a major UK FTSE company in just 2 quarters turn sales revenue from ‟negative” to ‟positive”. Also helping them to grow their revenue by 14% after previously not hitting sales target for 3 years! He also helped take them from 4th to joint 1st in an “Independent Client Survey Poll within 6 months of working with them.
Graeme recently worked with the sales team of a commercial charity to implement a new business growth and sales strategy. They had their best performance in their 25 year history exceeding their 2007 plan by 33%, increasing income by 50% and profitability by 62%.
He has also assisted a Premier Division within a Major Banking Client we grew their income by 12% and their contributions by 18% during 2006.
Having also worked closely with the First Line Managers of another blue chip global business he helped the business to achieve cost savings in excess of £9m over a 36 month period.
Graeme is a qualified NLP Practitioner (Bandler McKenna), Life Coach (Newcastle College) and holds a Diploma in Sports Psychology (Stonebridge College)
